Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we at Launceston Muscle Therapy can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we request that you notify us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

Cancellation Notice Requirements:

12-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 12 hours before your appointment time will not incur any fee.

 

Less than 12 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be 30% of your appointment cost.

 

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a no-show fee of the full service cost.

 

Payment of Fees: Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the payment method you used to book your appointment or invoiced to you directly.
